IHG is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the night shift (approx. 11 PM – 7 AM) in Kansas. You will check guests in/out, process payments, and handle guest requests with a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in guest service or front desk is preferred.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills required.
• Flexible to varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in local language is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and balance daily transactions.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Upsell services and share local attraction information.
• Maintain safety procedures and assist with laundry when needed.
• Present a warm, brand-aware welcome to every guest.
