Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Stevens Point hotel. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

This front desk role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Prior hospitality exposure is preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy front desk area and assist with luggage as needed.
