AURO Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to audit all accounts for balance and prepare management reports. This role functions as the third shift Front Desk Agent, maximizing room revenues and guest satisfaction in line with AURO Hotels’ standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate charges, posting daily room charges, and maintaining familiarity with hotel services and local area information to assist guests. Flexible evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service and maintaining standards.
• Ability to greet and assist guests, with strong communication.
• Familiarity with hotel procedures, safety policies, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and ensure balance by end of night.
• Process registrations, check-ins and check-outs promptly.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
