Job summary

Auro Hotels Management's Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel seeks a dedicated Night Auditor to balance accounts and prepare management reports, serving as a third-shift Front Desk Agent to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, posting charges, processing reservations by phone, and preparing daily, monthly and yearly reports; you may act as manager on duty in the GM's absence.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest accounts and balance revenues.
• Post room charges and ensure accounts are current by morning.
• Process reservations via telephone and walk-ins.
• Operate front desk computer and telephone system per standards.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager.
