Seva Hospitality, operating SpringHill Suites by Marriott Troy Dayton, invites a friendly Night Auditor to join our front desk team. The Front Desk Associate role puts you at the center of guest experiences, greeting guests, handling check-ins, and guiding stays with warmth.

You will work the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) on a part-time basis, balance daily accounts, run the Night Audit Program, manage reservations in the PMS, answer calls, promote rewards programs, and collaborate with sales to upsell

Qualificações

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Basic to moderate computer proficiency (email/internet).
• PMS experience with hotel systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and check in guests with a warm, efficient first impression.
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the PMS.
• Answer calls and inquiries promptly with professionalism.
• Promote and enroll guests in hotel rewards programs.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Balance daily accounts and perform end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Assist the sales team with group blocks and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area at all times.
• Run Night Audit Program and set day up for success.
• Prepare breakfast-related tasks before Breakfast Attendant's arrival.
