Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites at 6616 Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio, is hiring a Part-time Night Auditor. You will perform front desk duties, check guests in and out, promote promotions, balance the previous day’s receipts, and run reports.

You may assist with breakfast setup, handle money and office tasks, and sometimes work alone during overnight hours while ensuring guest safety and providing friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Ability to take written and verbal direction and speak/read English.
• Relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Know Drury Hotels policies and procedures.
• Handle money, make change and use office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all front desk duties: check-in/out, promote sales programs, maintain guest records, and cash handling.
• Audit the previous day’s receipts, balance entries, and run reports.
• Assist with breakfast setup and possibly food preparation or service.
• Work alone during overnight shifts and ensure guest safety and security.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to all guests.
