Job summary

Holiday Inn Cincinnati - Liberty Way is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor to be the welcoming face for guests and to manage reservations with the PMS. The role includes balancing accounts, assisting with breakfast setup, and supporting the sales team with upselling opportunities.

The position requires exceptional customer service, multitasking ability, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and select holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Basic to moderate computer proficiency, including email and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in arriving guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the PMS.
• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Promote and enroll guests in hotel rewards programs.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating to management when needed.
• Balance daily accounts and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Assist sales and revenue team with requests, group blocks, upselling.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
• Run Night Audit programs and tasks.
• Assist in setting up breakfast.
