Qualifications

• Mobility to move between front desk and related areas 15-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, and report on all outlets and front desk cash operations.
• Balance and close revenue postings and prepare daily reports.
• Run night audit final and ensure revenues are in balance nightly.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest services as needed.
• Compile guest emails for comment cards and market research.
• Maintain guest response logs and the quarterly staff meetings.
