Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations; verify guest accounts and balance charges and revenues.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk agents’ work.
• Provide next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned.
• Assist in directing and administering Front Office operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial profitability.
