Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations of the hotel, verify guest accounts, balance charges and revenues, and assist with guest services and safety.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk tasks.
• Run daily balance trials to post rooms and close the day.
• Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office as required.
• Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned.
