Qualifications

• 1+ year guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System is preferred (Opera).
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms per guest preferences and requests.
• Obtain and verify payment information according to policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance and cleanliness.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism and safety.
