Loews Kansas City Hotel is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage guest inquiries with a professional and proactive approach. You will process payments, support group bookings, and promote hotel services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Team members receive competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera System preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism from check-in to check-out.
• Assist guests with room assignments and special requests.
• Verify credit and payment information per hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
