Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Front Office Agent for the Live! by Loews: Arlington property. You will warmly greet guests, check them in/out, manage room assignments, and promote hotel services.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle payments and guest inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of guest service experience and familiarity with Opera or similar PMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System (Opera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences.
• Obtain and verify payment information.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Handle check-out and cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor lobby and front desk appearance; ensure safety during emergencies.
• Attend training sessions and adapt to varying schedules.
