Job summary

Fairmont Century Plaza is seeking an Overnight Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests and support their stay at the reception and lobby areas. You will ensure smooth check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and promote our on-site amenities with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will maintain a polished front desk presence, collaborate with team members, and uphold brand standards while delivering memorable experiences for guests in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and writing required.
• Experience delivering professional guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining courtesy and focus.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Greet guests, check them in/out, and assist at Front Desk and Mobile Check-In Station.
• Upsell room types to drive RevPAR and promote in-house amenities.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with timely, tailored solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
