Tyson Foods seeks a dedicated Transportation Team Lead for the 2nd shift to steer its private fleet operations toward key business goals. You will drive driver performance, scheduling, and on-time service while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on supervision, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve driver and load issues and optimize throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in transportation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP Transportation and warehousing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Acts as a team leader, providing functional supervision and training.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the Tyson private fleet transportation team to achieve business and financial objectives.
• Manage drivers and ensure on-time service.
• Oversee driver safety programs and compliance.
• Resolve driver and load problems and coordinate shipments.
