The role includes communicating policies, educating on benefits and compensation, and guiding production across shifts. The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional vocational or college courses preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer skills: Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic; ability to work with minimal supervision; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team; hiring, training, retention, and counseling; educating on benefits, compensation, and policies.
• Guide team in stretches and rotate workstations.
• Check daily production orders; ensure fulfillment, accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper coding.
• Ensure all workstations are staffed; machinery performing; USDA inspection compliance.
• Promote safety through daily practice and monthly meetings; oversee operations and assist in problem solving.
• Provide continuous education on quality.
