Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Lead on A Shift (Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 6:00pm) to support the supervisor with product flow, quality, and team training in a high-volume warehouse. You will oversee daily activity, assign work, and ensure accurate inventories while promoting a safe work environment.

The role requires lead experience, production background, and strong communication across management levels. Expect exposure to cold environments, loud noise, and strict policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 6 months Lead experience within last 12 months.
• 1 year of Production experience within the last 12 months preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with product flow and process efficiency.
• Train employees and plan, assign, and direct work.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and promote safety.
• Inspect loads on the floor and complete audits.
• Coordinate with yard/dock management and ensure timely, compliant paperwork.
• Resolve issues to maintain smooth warehouse workflow.
