Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor – Night Shift at the Page Service Dr facility. You will lead a team of 4 on the night shift, oversee technician management, workflow coordination, quality, safety, asset maintenance, and customer relationships.

This salaried role reports to the Senior Manager of Operations II and may serve as a development path toward an Operations Manager role. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM–9:00 PM with 10-hour shifts; base salary range is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years in a maintenance operations environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience communicating with customers and leading a team

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow analysis, planning, scheduling, and technician assignments
• Conduct shift meetings and review Repair Orders
• Triage unscheduled drive-ins; communicate vehicle status and work assignments
• Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and development to direct reports
• Manage customer relationships, including issue resolution and vehicle uptime
• Maintain 6S standards and oversee parts inventory and tooling requirements
