Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor for the Night Shift at the Page Service Dr facility. You will lead a team of 4 technicians and a service employee, coordinate workloads, and ensure quality and safety across all shift activities.

The role focuses on workflow management, labor leadership, and direct customer engagement, with potential for development toward Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance operations environment; Ryder experience may substitute.
• Maintenance/technical experience in a shop environment.
• Outgoing and comfortable with customers; professional interaction with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to set and drive pace across multiple operational priorities.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance operations and shop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift, analyze work, schedule technicians and assign tasks.
• Review Repair Orders and communicate vehicle status.
• Manage customer relationships and service delivery to ensure uptime.
• Maintain 6S standards and optimize shop efficiency and tools/equipment needs.
• Oversee payroll, POs, invoices, and re-billable activity for the shift.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all shop activities.
