Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking an Area Leader to supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets across multiple multifamily communities. This field-based role emphasizes safety, timeliness, and service excellence, with coaching, scheduling, and budget oversight.

The position supports a hybrid schedule (70% field, 30% remote admin) and includes company vehicle access. Onboarding includes daytime and evening hours initial training, followed by ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervising a team or crew in a hands-on setting.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation to manage schedules and service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software platforms.
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret reports and act on insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to address issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide coaching, conduct safety checks, and run regular team meetings.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budget adherence.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
• Step in to ensure uninterrupted service and review service quality at properties.
• Utilize the iValet dashboard to track performance and timelines.
• Support with hiring, training, and allocation of supplies and tools.
