Job summary

Affiliated Monitoring, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives to monitor emergency alarm signals and assist customers in a fast-paced call center environment.

This role starts at $19 per hour with weekend shifts, paid training, and several evening or overnight schedule options. Overtime is voluntary, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a call center.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emergency alarm signals in a call center environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Collect information from customers to update accounts.
• Follow procedures to ensure proper handling of each alarm.
• May include dispatching emergency services such as police, fire department, or EMS.
