Emergency24 seeks Alarm Monitoring Operators to act as central dispatch for alarms, coordinating police, fire and medical responses. You will verify events, communicate with customers and responders, and document activity in real time from our Downtown Silver Spring center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers, responders, and technicians.
• Document calls and activity in real time.
• Work within established procedures and maintain attendance.
