Job summary

Oro Valley Hospital in Arizona is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible, experienced RNs and requires you to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED setting.

You will work with a close-knit team, following established protocols and physician orders, and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ER nursing experience.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code team activities.
