Qualifications

• 3+ years of RN Emergency Department experience.
• Arizona RN license required or Compact State Licensure.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required; NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing and support staff, delegating tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Evaluates staff performance, providing coaching to maintain high standards of care.
• Oversees patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Ensures adherence to safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
• Responds to emergencies within the unit and leads in crisis situations.
