The RN Charge oversees unit operations, coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams, and drives quality and safety initiatives while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN license and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
• ER/acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Oversees patient care plans and ensures adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to optimize patient flow.
