Job summary

HonorHealth in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department. The role requires applying ANA standards, recording patient history, and managing treatments and IV care. You will develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Collaboration with physicians and nursing staff is essential to deliver high-quality care. Full-Time Days shift (0700–1930) with a $15,000 sign-on bonus; prior ER RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN in the State of Arizona required on hire.
• Commitment to completing BSN within 60 months if starting with ADN/ Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per ANA standards.
• Record medical history, perform diagnostic tasks, operate medical equipment.
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans and treatment administration.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
