Job summary

Banner Health's Glendale-based Emergency Center-Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Night shift team. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients across age groups in a high-volume hospital setting.

You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with care standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with night differential and weekend differential enhancing

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to provide safe, effective care.
• Promote continuity of care through clear communication.
• Document data and patient responses accurately in medical records.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
