Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in ED.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the care team.
• Communicate patient status and needs to physicians and team members.
• Ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
• Participate in shift coverage and follow unit policies.
