Job summary

Banner Ironwood Medical Center in Queen Creek, a Banner Health facility, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will assess patients with diverse acuity, coordinate care with physicians and the health-care team, and document outcomes accurately.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and flexibility for a full-time night schedule of three 12-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• One year of acute care/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and coordinate the plan of care with physician orders.
• Document care, assessments and patient responses in the medical record.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
