• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company policies and process standards while maintaining employee morale.
• Collaborate with manager to set department goals and drive improvements.
• Oversee training of new and existing staff and manage performance reviews.
• Coordinate workflow across shifts and departments; act as liaison with vendors/customers.
