Job summary

Assurant, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Material Processor Lead for the night shift (Mon-Thu, 5:30 pm–4:00 am).

You will train and coach the team, monitor production metrics, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while coordinating with supervisors and other departments. The role requires strong communication, leadership experience in manufacturing/logistics, and forklift certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing the team and monitor production performance.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor and participate in vendor meetings.
• Reallocate resources to meet customer goals and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation and support 6S audits.
• Track KPI/SLA performance and escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
