Assurant is seeking a Dock Receiving Supervisor to lead a team in our DFW facility. The onsite role requires coordinating workloads, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to standards. Monday-Thursday nights, manage performance metrics and implement improvements.

Your leadership will drive training, coaching, and engagement while maintaining safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience with small electronics repair.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or related environments.
• Ability to identify process improvements.
• Experience supervising 15+ hourly associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff, maintain morale, and align with department goals.
• Coordinate department priorities with management to achieve production targets.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate new product introductions.
• Liaise between teams and external vendors or customers.
• Manage performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
