Job summary

R+L Carriers in Irving, TX is seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee dock and dispatch operations at our service center. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and solid logistical capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and good knowledge of the local area are preferred to ensure timely, accurate dispatch of LTL loads.

Qualifications

• Proven basic leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills.
• Must have computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock and dispatch operations at the Irving, TX service center.
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling.
• Ensure Safety Compliance.
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed.
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
