Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping or receiving.
• Ability to identify process improvements.
• Demonstrated supervisory and coaching experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, prepare schedules, assign tasks.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor performance.
• Oversee training and coaching of staff.
• Review Tableau reports for performance metrics.
