Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/repair environment preferred.
• Proven supervisory and coaching experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of company personnel and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team in the dock receiving area.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks to staff.
• Monitor performance, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards.
• Review production reports and metrics to meet objectives.
• Lead training and coaching of associates; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive process improvements and support new product introductions.
