Qualifications

• 2–3 years in logistics or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties using Dedicated Fleet drivers and Owner Operators.
• Maintains positive working relations with all dispatchers and drivers.
• Communicates service issues to appropriate internal and external parties.
• Delivers daily and weekly KPI reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handles inbound inquiries from carriers, drivers, and shippers regarding orders.
