Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming and outgoing communications across the network.
• Manage high-volume calls, alarms, and system notifications with precision and professionalism.
• Coordinate communication between clinical staff, security, facilities, and emergency responders.
• Activate emergency response protocols and notifications in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members to ensure successful integration into the department and organization.
