HonorHealth is seeking a Dispatch Operator for the second shift in the Phoenix area. This entry-level healthcare role supports hospital operations by answering calls, dispatching resources, and serving as a front-line customer service agent.

The position uses PBX systems, surveillance tools, and requires readiness to work on-call as needed. You will contribute to the first-responder network within a leading nonprofit health system, coordinating with security and operations to ensure timely

Competenze

• Entry level position; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Experience in call answering and radio dispatching is preferred.

• Answer calls and dispatch resources to emergencies.
