Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Experience: 1-2 years in Transportation, dispatching, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely movement of customer products in compliance with company rules and DOT regulations.
• Assign workload to drivers, monitor movements, and resolve delivery and scheduling issues.
• Use Ruan TMS to capture operational data in real time.
• Direct and schedule drivers' work to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor hours of service to prevent DOT violations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
