Qualifications

• Provide central customer service and dispatch support for multiple operations.
• Update dispatch and transportation management systems in real time.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and process real time data including driver activities and hours of service; update driver and dispatch information in dispatch system in real time.
• Respond to customer issues, look up information, complete reports and update orders; respond to emails.
• Effectively communicate with operations on issues affecting service and commitments.
• Record and maintain an updated computer log of incidences; manage administrative and customer service responsibilities.
• Assist operations team members and drivers with training materials for standard processes.
• Perform other job related duties and projects as required.
