Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Back-Office Operations Specialist to handle high-complexity files, maintain data integrity, and proactively prevent client escalations in a non-client-facing role.

You will manage multi-system workflows, review critical documentation, and leverage operational reporting to ensure smooth daily processing across teams on the third shift (9:00 PM–5:30 AM).

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Data entry and clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to work the third shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-complexity files and ensure data integrity.
• Review documentation against account requirements to maintain zero-error standards.
• Utilize operational reports to drive daily productivity and track file statuses.
