Job summary

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for the night shift. This fully remote role pays $12 per hour with a preferred 4:00pm–12:00am CST schedule, Monday–Friday, and is based in the United States.

Responsibilities include data verification, PHI confidentiality, and process improvements to meet quality and production standards while working independently.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Manages time effectively and is dependable.
• Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot keys/short cuts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
• Work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
• Complete understanding of business rules.
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
