Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional representative of the organization.
• Engage with a large volume of patients, families, and visitors; we average 1,500–2,000 interactions each day.
• Utilize computer systems to access and communicate information.
• Escort patients and family members to various locations within the hospital.
• Assist out-of-town visitors by providing information about the hospital, local community, and resources.
