Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work at different locations as needed.
• Comfortable initiating and engaging in conversations with patients, families, and visitors.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including walking 10,000–15,000 steps per day.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional representative of the organization.
• Engage with a large volume of patients, families, and visitors; 1,500–2,000 interactions daily.
• Utilize computer systems to access and communicate information.
• Escort patients and family members to various locations within the hospital.
• Provide information about the hospital, local community, and surrounding resources to visitors.
