Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Cook I for XS Nightclub to prepare, cook, and present menu items across multiple kitchen stations. You will follow established recipes and presentation standards while supporting the culinary team in daily production and special projects.

The role requires at least three years of culinary experience, strong knife and food-safety skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years in a similar culinary role is required.
• Ability to read recipes, follow instructions, and perform basic math in English.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards is essential.
• Experience with knife skills and commercial kitchen equipment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and finish menu items across multiple kitchen stations.
• Follow recipes, specifications, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist chefs in daily production, service, and special projects.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment compliant with health regulations.
• Label, date, store, and rotate food using FIFO practices.
• Monitor quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Complete station breakdown and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing storage.
• Communicate restocking needs to leadership to ensure service continuity.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently per safety procedures.
• Report operational challenges to culinary leadership promptly.
