Qualifications

• 3 years culinary experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel/restaurant environment.
• Ability to communicate in English, read recipes, and perform basic math.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid health card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish foods on all stations within the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with health standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Chef as needed in production.
