Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Oklahoma to transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and then deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. You will operate a tandem/tractor/straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, adhering to DOT regulations and safety guidelines while communicating with customers and teammates.

The schedule is Sunday–Thursday evenings with dispatch from 6pm to 8pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years old and meet licensing requirements.
• Clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday nights.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain.
• Ability to lift 60–90 lb cases and move freight.

Responsibilities

• Transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and turn around to deliver full trailers to destinations.
• Operate tandem, tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers professionally and promptly.
• Complete required route paperwork and daily hours of service logs.
• Perform safety checks and inspections of equipment and freight.
