Job summary

Performance Food Group, a leading broadline distributor, seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full loads in a safe, timely manner. You will drive a tandem/tractor trailer across intrastate and interstate routes, adhere to DOT regulations, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates.

The role requires a valid CDL A with doubles endorsement, 21+ years old, and ability to handle up to 90 lb loads.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 12 months driving experience if no CDL A.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement and DOT Health Card.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety pre/post trip checks on tractor/trailer per DOT rules.
• Inspect equipment and secure freight prior to trips.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; report hazards.
• Drive and deliver trailers on scheduled routes; unload where required.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs and maintain cleanliness of trailers.
