Performance Food Group is hiring a Driver, Dedicated Backhaul to support our food service distribution network. You will operate tractor-trailers and straight trucks on local and interstate routes, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of loads.

You will interact with customers and coworkers, maintaining safety and DOT compliance throughout shifts. The role requires a CDL-A, 21+ years of age, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card.

Responsabilités

• Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and/or PFG warehouse locations according to a predetermined route and delivery schedule.
• Delivers assigned loads back to PFG warehouse locations for receiving into inventory.
• Performs load and paperwork inspections including product counts and invoices.
• Complete required paperwork for backhaul operations.
• Check in with supervisor to confirm route, load, and schedule; report issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
