Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate a tandem tractor/trailer on intrastate and interstate routes, transporting empty trailers to warehouse locations and delivering full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. You will be the face of the company, ensuring timely, safe deliveries and maintaining professional interactions with customers.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of commercial driving experience, and a valid CDL-A with Doubles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs all required safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and inspects tractor/truck and trailer.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; reports hazards.
• Drives and delivers trailers according to predetermined route schedule; handles hook/unhook procedures.
